Planning and Zoning Department fields planning and zoning inquiries from business owners and residents and assists them in the process of presenting their application to the Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals or the City Council. The department is also responsible for the long-range land use planning for the City, including review of all development activity, in conjunction with the Planning Commission.
