Helpful Note Field for Recurring Calendar Entries

Where to add notes to your calendar events

The calendar allows you to create recurring events that continue listing until your given end date. We suggest that you always have an end date no longer than a year out.  If you have no end date, the service has to load many more events and it could slow down your site when editing. The Date and Time section lists the first date of the event, but not when it ends. We’ve added a new field “Internal Note for Repeat” inside the Repeating Event section.  While you can write whatever you want in this field as it is an internal- only you note, we suggest you type in the last date of a repeating event. You will be happy that you take the seconds it takes to type in the end date of your recurring events. You’ll see this date on the calendar overview page.

Check Your Website Form Entries for SPAM Regularly

How to check your form entries

All forms on your website have a dynamic spam filter applied.  Without it you would be inundated with unwanted spam emails.  The downside is that on occasion, there are form submissions that you do not consider spam, but the system did. We HIGHLY recommend that you log into your website and check to see if any of your forms have a Spam folder.  If so, check its contents.  You have the opportunity to choose “Not Spam” when you hover over the individual form submission.  Make sure to choose “not spam” if the submission is valid, in order to help train the service.  The submission will be automatically moved and be listed with the rest of the valid submissions for the form. If you have any questions regarding how to log into your website give us a call or email. ~Your AccuNet Team~

For anyone needing an image to help tell their story online, Creative Commons Zero (CC0) is an option to explore.  There are a number of types of CC licenses and you need to be aware which one you are downloading.  For many small businesses using CC0 images to spruce up their site is a great option due to their price.  Free, plus any donation you feel compelled to share with the photographer.  Our current favorite: Pexels! https://www.pexels.com/ Take the time to research this type of image for your online marketing needs.  It might be worth your effort.
